Fairy Dust?

What the heck is all that shiny stuff in my hair? Teri said it looks like fairy dust. We did our usual girly lunch date for the week and wandered into Cinnamon Girl and took photos of each other.

We even had the salesgirl take a photo of us in front of the pot of flowers.

They have the cutest things in that store. I could find a lot of things to buy for myself. Then we saw this cute pink bathing suit which I thought would be appropriate for Teri's cruise next month especially when she goes swimming in the pool on top of the deck.

We had our share of fun in that store. And maybe next week, we'll actually do some real shopping.

It's been really really quiet this week. I sence there is a rooster who is missing (insert smiley grin)?! Did someone read my mind??? I just noticed how quiet its been and that I've been getting my beauty sleep. Oh well, this bird had his days and nights mixed up and someone couldn't take it anymore. Gone, I tell you.

So I worked on Shimelles project 2 weekends ago and finally took a picture of it. Had so much fun working on this that I am going to make another one. I used up a lot of older scrap supplies that I had laying around. And stickers... I rarely use stickers on my layouts but this was too quick and easy. Go check it out and make one. Gee, just started blogging and I am already slacking. Started playing with my new camera and took a lot of photos of my daughter. Had a hard time getting her to smile for me. Happens all the time. I'm still learning how to use it. So let me know what you think about the lighting in this photo. At least I have a handful to scrap now. Got a lotta kits piling up.

Okay, so I thought I lost my banner. But, I checked the next day and it was back! Anyways, heres what I did for a show last week. It airs in the

Today is the day I am going to try to get this blog up. I really have no idea what I am doing but, my friend D - Work In Progress did my banner. Did you see it? She is one talented sweet girl. If it weren't for her, I would not be able to start this thingy they call a blog. So I'm at this moment planning some projects and I need to break away from it.
Yesterday was bad so hopefully today is good. I'll show a sneak on one of my projects. That always brings a smile to my face when I complete something and I feel good about it. You know that feeling right?
