My daughter's birthday is coming up this weekend, so I told myself that I better start now and make her a birthday card. I just got some new Hero Arts stamps so I decided to use them for the card.
I love this new wood stamp called "you rock". It's so perfect for her since she's always listening to music. The background stamp is a cling stamp from the Christmas release called music background. I stamped with VersaMark champagne and poured clear embossing powder over it.
I'm not sure why I chose these colors but I went through my scrap pile and decided to use these scraps up.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you're having a wonderful day!!!

I have those stamps too, but I haven't inked up the character one. Now that I've seen what you did with it, I'm inspired. I also have some birthday cards to get in the mail. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Love the card! Your color combination is one of my favorite combinations. Isn't it cool to be able to use our scraps?
By the way, you're so good at coloring. I'm still practicing.
Hope your daughter has a wonderful birthday celebration.
