Hi, I'm back again! I've been determined to figure out how to dry emboss so when I went to Taj Clubhouse last week, I bought a couple of stencils. It was much easier for me to use a stylus and a light box than running it through the big shot machine. I also took out my daylight lamp and it really helped me to see better so I could cut around the embossed pieces.
Here's a gatefold card that I ended up making using the panda bear that I embossed.
The sentiment on the inside of the card is from Dandelion Designs. Here's a close up of the panda bear. My cutting is still a little choppy but I think as I practice more, it will get better.
I haven't used a camera to take photos in such a long time. I'm so amazed at how well the camera on my iPhone takes nice photos.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving me a comment! It's nice to know that people still visit my blog.
Have a great weekend!!!

This is just so darling! The colors and patterns make that panda soooo adorable. And your pics taken with an iphone? Fabulous!
Sweet panda card, love all the fun papers....
Cute card and love the colors. Well done!
Oh Cheryl, that is a great TAJ embossed image. I am a long time fan of Tiki's work. You really did a fantastic job of using the panda on a gate card. I love the colors and everything you added. It gives me a great idea for a B-day card I need to work on. Your phone sure does take great photos, better than my camera (maybe it's the photographer). Have a splendid weekend!
Super adorable card! That reminds me that I need to find my Taj stencils and use them too!
Oh this is adorable Cheryl!! I bought a bunch of Taj's stencils years ago after I saw all the cute projects you can make with them. Too bad it was so much harder for me to use, but I do love how cute they are. You did a wonderful job with the trimming. Love this adorable card... Maybe I'll unpack those stencils, lightbox and stylus and give it another go, now I just have to figure out where they are!! hahaha
