Not sure why this picture came out so grainy. Sorry but it didn't look like that when I fixed it. All the other stamps are from the Ink & Stamp sets, Cute Critters and Original Mix. Scallop border is a Hello Kitty border die set.
I love that thought bubble punch! I think I'm getting carried away using it. Come back tomorrow and I'll have Wednesday's colors which are purple and yellow.
I actually had this card and the trimmings tossed on the side because I was planning to use it for something else but I decided to use this to make my card.
I used the screen shadow stamp for the circle, houndstooth stamp for the border, word stamp is from the Ink & Stamp party set and the cute little puppy in the present is from an older stamp set I saw at the store. This was actually fun and there was no coloring involved.
I stamped the card with that Hero Arts woodgrain background stamp again. I love that stamp!!! I embossed with clear embossing powder just to give it a sutle effect. The tag is a new die from Sizzix called tag #2 and I stamped the tag with Hero Arts dots and flowers background stamp.
As I was coloring Max, he started to get darker and darker and was not turning out to be the color that I wanted. But I didn't want to stamp, color and cut another image.
Anyways, she's all dolled up for a day at the beach. The coconut tree is a Sizzix Hello Kitty die that was just released last month. I embossed the tree trunk with the wood grain folder and I couldn't believe that I found that thought bubble punch in my drawer. Its a real old punch from EK Success that was one of my samples when I used to rep that line. I'm not sure if they even make that punch anymore.

Just stamping with this stamp makes me feel relaxed.
Once again I dug in my stash of scraps to make this card. I had stamped that orange houndstooth background on a piece of scrap for something else and ended up not using it. So this time it was perfect with the die I wanted to use. The white circle is the middle of the flower tag die. I used a Fiskars 2" circle punch for the blue circle. I bought that from Ben Franklin Crafts. I like it better than the Marvy punch. 
Well, I went to Hawaiian Graphics earlier to pick up some Copics since they were on sale and ended up taking out some new Dandelion's stamps to play with. These 2 stamps are Jean's latest creations. Sorry the photo is so bad but it really is cute IRL and I used raspberry colored cs to make the box. I glittered the watermelon with stickles glitter glue. I'll be playing with more of the new stamps over the weekend and hopefully get to post them too.
Here's a pretty black box that she found at Ross's and she covered the lid with the same leopard print theme and using my favorite Hello Kitty die cut. Kitty looks so cute in leopard. I also got a leopard jewelry box and a SU XL die from her. I'm so excited and look forward to making something with the die real soon.
Here we are after eating our lunch and asking the waiter to take our photo. This is the 3rd photo he took of us because for some reason, he must of thought we wanted that big screen to be the focal point of the photo. And I'm not sure why we have glittery hair. LOL!

We rode our bikes to Lanikai. That's my husband pointing out this huge mansion in Lanikai. I can't imagine what it is like to clean that house.

Here's my husband nursing his sore hand from hitting the coconut tree after I asked him to jump so I could take a jumping photo of him. Of course I never got the jumping photo of him. LOL! And look at his cute basket on his bike. This is in case we stop somewhere and I end up buying something.
So, this was me and my bike everytime we stopped. Remember, my kickstand broke off from the start of the bike ride.
We ended up eating lunch at California Pizza Kitchen in Kailua town. This was after we rode our bikes from Lanikai to Enchanted Lake. I wanted to go to Ben Franklin Crafts.
And I always have to take a photo of us in the car. That's my husband making that same funny smile everytime I try to take a photo of us.

I actually embossed the background on the white cardstock with Hero Arts new woodgrain stamp and white embossing powder. You can really see and feel the woodgrain. I even put glitter glue on her pink toemails.
I don't know why this photo is coming out sideways but you can see the texture in the woodgrain. The "you're special" is another little stamp from one of the ink & stamps from Hero Arts.
All the Sizzix dies used to make this card are new for this year except the swiss dots embossing folder. I cut the card using the XL card, scallop #2 die. Then I glittered the inside of the card with Doodlebug pink glitter. The hearts on the ladybug is red glitter. The photo is a little dark so the glitter on the hearts looks dark.
After I was done, there was glitter all over the place. As much as I love glitter on my cards, I don't like having glitter all over my carpet and table.
The images remind me of stick people without faces. Anyways, this line came out of the UK and is now being sold in the US. This started off as a card but ended up becoming a tag. LOL! I just didn't know what to do with it.
The papers in this line are the cutest!!! 
I'm so glad that the tradewinds are back. Last week was so uncomfortable especially if you don't have ac in your house. That's probably why I hardly went downstairs to my craft room. I used a white Bazzill cardstock for the card which I cut 5 1/2" x 9 1/2" and folded in half. The Sizzix folders are a little bigger than an A2 size card so I had to cut the card base to fit the folder.Step 1:
Run your cardstock and embossing folder through the Big Shot machine. Also, using your scraps, run the colors you want to use for your flowers through the machine.
Step 2: 
This is what you should end up with. You can use other colors for each flower or 1 main color, but you will need to emboss enough flowers for each different flower on the card.
Step 3: 
Using a Tsukineko VersaMark ink pad, gently rub across the embossed images on your cardstock. This will deepen the color and make the embossed images pop.
Step 4: 
Using your scissors, cut out each flower for the card.
Step 5: 
Attach each flower to the card using a pop dot to give it dimension.
You can also punch out a border like I did for the bottom of the card and attach a ribbon. I used Hero Arts bling for the centers of each flower. I applied Stickles glitter glue over the Thank You.

The card is a Sizzix XL die called flower card, flourish. It can be used either vertically or horizontally. And I finally used the labels 3 nesties that I had sitting on my counter for weeks. I stamped the label die background using Hero Arts dots and flowers stamp and used the cute chinese girl stamp for the main image. The colors for the card was taken off of this pitcher that I found at the Salvation Army last year. I know, I cut off part of the pitcher but you can still see the colors from the pitcher.
Here's a photo that I took of my husband last week while we were away. I love the building in the background and how it's not a posed photo. I just kept clicking away as we walked around the shops.
I made this card in between cleaning up my craft room today. I could not believe how much stuff I actually cleaned out. 
Still have lots more to go. The problem is, I get deliveries everyday from UPS and everyday I'm trying to fit another big box in my craft room.Supplies:

Thank you all so much for the kind comments you left me on my previous post. I'm taking it one day at a time. I really miss my dad so much but I know he is in a better place.
I just wanted to share this because I truly believe that life is really too short and you never know what tomorrow will be. And right now although I am feeling very sad, I am also happy for him that I don't have to see him suffering anymore.
The box is the Sizzix french fry box which I put 2 together and cut an oval out with a nestabilities petite oval die.
Stamps are all Dandelion Designs. I did cut the balloons off the bear.

I was thinking about my mom since Mother's Day is coming up this weekend and made this card. Although I won't be able to give it to her, it felt good just thinking of her and making it.
After I punched that upper crest border out, I glittered it with Limeade Doodlebug glitter. This kitty die is a deco strip die from Sizzix and the embossed thank you is from the thank you set embossing folders.
