I had to get this stamp called Ballerina Marci from Lala Land Crafts. It reminded me of those days when I tried to sew one of those outfits.
To make this bag, I used the treat bag die by Lifestyle Crafts. Stamps used are Dandelion Designs. I made it very simple since I have a hard time making boy themed projects.
Here's a picture where you can see the punched edge. I used Dandelion Designs bunny stamp to decorate the front of the box.

The japanese girl is a cling stamp also from Dandelion Designs.
Sorry my posts have been so far apart lately but I am still not feeling that well. My mojo has also been missing since I haven't been crafting as much. I will post the make & take project from the Ben Franklin Crafts paper party last month tomorrow.
It was so quick and easy to make this and took me around 5 minutes. Although I did have the bunny lying on my craft table.
And if you have some time this Saturday the 26th, I'll be at Ben Franklin Crafts Market City doing a make & take from 10-11 am. We'll be using this same bunny but different project which is why I had it lying on my table.
I also added this lace border punch from Martha Stewart. It reminds me of the days that I used to manufacture and sell toddlers and girls white eyelet dresses for spring to Liberty House.

I took a photo of the box with the lid off so you can see it's quite roomy and can fit a bunch of goodies in it.
The green poof on the top of this box is tissue paper. I used Tim Holtz's tattered florals die to cut the green tissue flowers, squished it up and stuck a green brad in the middle to the box top.

The card base is cut from a Spellbinders die called Grand Nestabilities Label 1. It's a perfect size for these stamps. Little bigger than the regular nestabilities.
I used glossy accents on her goggles to make it shine like glass. It's kind of hard to see in this photo. And the fence is a Tim Holtz edge die which I embossed with his woodgrain embossing folder and rubbed distress ink over it.

We made a mini booklet for the inside of the card and used an embossing folder set called birds and wreath.

Here's a card I made at the Sizzix booth using the new pop-up flower die. This is what the flower looks like when it's closed.
When you pull on the stem, the flower blooms open. It's so cute!

All the embossing folders are from Sizzix called Valentine set #4.
The border punch is from EK Success and I know you can't see it but the scallops have embossed dots on them.
The embossed background is from the Sizzix curlique hearts folder set.
And I punched out the word love from the Martha Stewart alphabet punch set.
I stamped the little japanese girl on Xpress paper for copic markers and made her hair and the first balloon look 3-D. And added glossy accents to all the balloons. If you have never tried the copic paper, I highly recommend it. It is so crisp and clear and the colors don't bleed. I picked some up from the store.
I've been trying to finish up on a lot of things before we leave for CHA next week. I hope to post a few more projects before then.
I used Sizzix's XL popcorn box die and punched the middle of the box using the MS punch. Then embossed the box with the curlique hearts embossing folder. I wasn't planning on making a shaker with this but it ended up being one. The heart punch is also a magnetic punch called "studded heart".
And because I'm such a klutz (always tripping and walking into things), I dropped the box on my slippers at the top of the stairs and the glitter glue on the heart rubbed on my slippers. That is why part of the heart has no glitter on it.
I love this new wood stamp called "you rock". It's so perfect for her since she's always listening to music. The background stamp is a cling stamp from the Christmas release called music background. I stamped with VersaMark champagne and poured clear embossing powder over it.
I'm not sure why I chose these colors but I went through my scrap pile and decided to use these scraps up.
The picnic basket is a new Sizzix pro die. I embossed the lid with a texture impression set called curlique & hearts set. The red medallion is a Tim Holtz rosette die.
You can put a bunch of goodies in this basket since it holds quite a bit.
I glittered the bunny and used glossy accents on the red heart to make it shiny.
I covered the topper with Doodlebug's holiday paper. Then cut out the phrase joy and poured chunky white glitter over it. The reindeer is a stamp from Dandelion Designs.
The background I used is another Tim Holtz embossing folder called holiday words. It is in the set with the calendar folder. I used his distress ink called shabby shutters over parts of the embossed words and highlighted parts of the edges of the card with stardust stickles.
The pretty rose on the ribbon was given to me from Joy and I'm not sure what company it is from.
The candy cane is cut out of Sizzix chipboard and I went with a green and white candy cane. I used chunky white glitter on the white parts of the candy cane. The flower is from the flowers 3-D die.
I used a Hero Arts stamp and embossed the words with white embossing powder on the inside of the card.

The embossing folder is called December calendar by Tim Holtz. I really need to start working on my Christmas cards and do some Christmas shopping.
The snowflake is from this year's snowflake #3 die. I used MS silver glitter on the snowflake. This was a leftover snowflake from one of the make & takes Cheri and I did at Ben Franklin Crafts.

On the green card background, I used a stamp called happy festive background. And the word is from a stamp set called magic of Christmas.
When you open the card, the gift card holder pops up with the phrase "for you". There are many different themes that you can make with this die. I went with a Christmas theme only because this month is Christmas.
